What is the difference between the License and SaaS models?
The License model is a one-time fee with annual maintenance, ideal for hospitals that prefer capital expenditure. The SaaS model is a monthly per-bed subscription with lower upfront costs, suited for hospitals that prefer operational expenditure.
What is included in the implementation?
Implementation includes system setup, data migration, staff training, workflow customisation, go-live support, and post-launch stabilisation. The timeline varies by plan: 45 days for Base, 60 days for Standard, and 90 days for Premium.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our pricing is transparent. The license fee covers the software and implementation. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) cover updates, support, and hosting. AI-enhanced features are an optional add-on.
What does the AMC include?
The Annual Maintenance Contract (ranging from ₹1.5L to ₹4L per year depending on your plan) includes software updates, bug fixes, technical support, server hosting, and security patches.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Base to Standard or Premium at any time. We will credit your existing license fee toward the upgrade cost and assist with the transition.
